Ambrozia is a family business with more than 350 products and hundreds of business customers around Sweden. The figures existed, but they lived in Fortnox, in the web shop and in the heads of the people who work there. Answering simple questions took time. How are sales going this month? Which B2B customers have stopped ordering? Fast decisions need the answer to be on the table already.

What we built
We built a dashboard that pulls the figures directly via Fortnox. Sales are visible without anyone having to export a spreadsheet. The follow-up of B2B customers lives in the same place: who is buying, who has gone quiet and who it is time to get in touch with. Around that, other useful data is gathered, so decisions can be made in minutes instead of after an afternoon in the accounts.
The site we approached from the other direction. With user data as the basis, we saw where visitors get stuck and what they are looking for, and improved the site from there. With AI as the tool we produced new mockups for ambrozia.se, so the next version of the site is built on how customers actually behave and not on guesswork.
On top of that comes SEO work on the site, so the chef searching for a particular spice or mushroom in bulk finds their way to Ambrozia.
