What's it about?

How it works

People who google your service have already decided to buy — the only question is from whom. SEO (search engine optimization) is about making sure it's you who shows up, without paying for every click.

I start with a proper audit of the site, make an action plan in the order that pays off most, and then fix things — tech, content and local visibility. No fluff, no promises of first place, just work you can see in Search Console.

What's included

  • SEO audit: tech, content, links and how you rank today
  • Keyword analysis around what customers search for when they want to buy
  • Service pages that answer the buyer's questions better than competitors' do
  • Technical SEO: redirects, canonical tags, speed, structured data
  • Google Business Profile and local SEO
  • Tracking in Search Console and GA4, reported in plain language

How an SEO audit works

I send a crawler through the whole site looking for what trips it up: duplicate addresses, pages without a main heading, wrong language tags, missing canonical tags (which tell Google which address is the page's real one) and thin pages.

Then I read Search Console: which searches you already appear for, in what position and which page Google picks. That's often where the quickest wins are — pages Google is already testing that don't quite make it.

Finally I search for your most important services live and compare your page with the ones at the top. How much do they say? Which questions do they answer? The result is an action plan with the most important things first, and you learn why each point is there.

Local: the map first

When people search for a service plus a town, Google often shows a map with three businesses at the top. It ranks by proximity, relevance and reviews — not by how old your domain is. For a local small business, a complete and verified Google Business Profile is often the fastest way to be seen.

For small businesses in Malmö — and the rest of Sweden

I'm based in Malmö and have done SEO for Delco AB in Malmö and Fiskhandlaren in Hörby, among others. SEO works just as well remotely, so wherever you are in Sweden we can work together. WordPress, custom-built sites and most things in between.

What does it cost?

From 1,000 SEK. Fair and straight.

Prices start at 1,000 SEK excl. VAT and follow the hours spent — you pay for the work, not for an agency logo. Anything over five hours gets bundled into a package, so you know the total before we start. For bigger projects we sit down and find the setup that's a win-win for both of us.

Frequently asked questions

+What does an SEO consultant do?

Makes sure your site shows up when customers google what you sell. That means finding and fixing technical faults, writing pages that answer the buyer's questions, helping Google understand what you offer and where, and measuring that it works.

+How long before SEO makes a difference?

Technical fixes can show within a few weeks once Google has re-read the pages. Climbing on competitive searches usually takes months. I don't promise positions, but you can follow the progress in Search Console all the way.

+What does SEO help cost?

From 1,000 SEK excl. VAT, based on the hours spent. An audit with an action plan is often a package with a fixed total. You get a quote after a short, free call.

+Do I have to rebuild my whole website?

Almost never. Most things can be fixed in the site you have, whether it's built in WordPress or something else. If you do need a new site, I'll tell you straight.

+How is this different from Google Ads?

Google Ads buys a place at the top straight away, but only while you pay. SEO takes longer but the clicks cost nothing. It works best when both pull the same way — same keywords, same landing pages.

+Do you only help businesses in Malmö?

No. I'm based in Malmö and happy to meet clients in Skåne in person, but I work with businesses all over Sweden remotely.
